- Do I need technical experience to set it up?
- Not at all! The Sentinel Core comes with Home Assistant and AI voice assistance pre-installed, and our easy to follow guide talks you through assembling your PC, making setup seamless for both beginners and experienced users.
- Can I use my own GPU with the Sentinel Core?
- Yes! The PCIe Gen 3 x1 socket supports a variety of GPUs, so you can choose the GPU that fits your needs. We currently recommend AMD cards with at least 8GB of VRAM and expect to support Intel and NVIDIA cards in the near future.
- How is Sentinel Core powered?
- It uses a standard 24-pin ATX power connector, compatible with repurposed PC components for maximum flexibility.
- Is the Sentinel Core entirely offline?
- Yes, it’s designed for privacy-first functionality, ensuring no reliance on cloud-based services.
- What happens if I run into issues during setup?
- The setup is easy, but if you run into any issues, we will be here to help you.
